Georgia Team, Day One

It is WILD here at New Day!! We have our team of 18 here from Georgia, plus Christin, Allison, and Larry & Lynne! Fun times around the campfire at night! The leader of the team, Randy, has partnered with the Tonga people of Zambia and Wes & Laurie for the past 8 years, bringing 3 different churches alongside him. This is Rosemont Baptist Church's first time to Zambia, and most of the team's first time overseas! Along with construction and New Day children's activities, this team is taking on a ministry that I am passionate about - True Love Waits in the local schools. With most girls getting pregnant by age 16 in the rural areas, the message of abstinence is one that is completely foreign to many Zambians. What a blessing to get to share it at Kabanga and Nabukowa Schools! With 18 people on this team, there is no way I can get a picture of each person, but I'll give it my best shot this week!

Head & Shoulders, Knees & Toes is always a big hit!
