Goodness gracious I feel like 2021 will already be a year to remember! We were hit last weekend with an ice storm, snow storm, freezing temperatures, whatever you want to call it - it was insane!! Each day is kinda running into the next one, but so far we had church cancelled all day Sunday, a 15 hour power outage on Monday, a 8.5 hour power outage on Tuesday, water issues/internet issues, and school late starting one day and cancelled for 4 additional days! It's been CRAZY!!
And this is why I never have any food in my house....
Power finally came back on at 9:30am and we were HUNGRY!

We are the only ones with a fireplace, so our place was the place to be when it was 43 degrees inside Mom & Dad's house!
