Costa Rica - Day Two

Today was a great day in Costa Rica! We started this morning by sleeping in and then enjoying a breakfast of bacon & eggs cooked by Cloud!

Then, we drove for 4 hours to Playa Tamarindo, one of the beaches on the Pacific side of the country known for surfing. Surfing is something Blu has always wanted to do, so Cloud said, "Let's do it!"

Blu & Cloud took surfing lessons for about 1 1/2 hours and had a blast but came back exhausted!

Meanwhile, I didn't complain... :)

After a lunch of Subway and some surfing/relaxing, they decided they would rather switch hotels, so we drove for awhile and ended up here - the Four Seasons Resort Hotel. WOW is all I have to say.

We enjoyed an amazing supper at the resort's Italian restaurant - appetizers of fried buffalo cheese, pizza, and bread, frosted limeades, and lobster risotto - yum!

Tomorrow we are spending all day at the resort - more pics to come!
