Tomorrow we are leaving for a week long trip to Isoka, Zambia. What's in Isoka, yo may ask?? MY SISTER!!! And my bro-in-law Blake, and my two adorable nieces Isabel & Abigail and two sweet nephews Isaac & Amos!!! We are going to spend a week with them and then bring Dawni and the kids back here for a week while Blake is in a conference out of the country. We are so excited!!
It has been a year since we've seen them, BUT they have NEVER seen Cambree (who is 3 years old), and they haven't seen Caedmon since he was 16 months old!! It's going
to be a sweet reunion!!!
This was almost exactly a year ago--yay me I've lost 23 pounds since this pic!! ;)

My name is Carl Wahl and I am a former Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia, and am currently a masters' student at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. My thesis research is on use of the tree Faidherbia albida (T. musangu, muunga) in Southern Zambia.
I am wondering ... do you know if there is a local white Zambian by the name of John or Jonas Olsen? He wrote some papers on F. albida in the 1990's and I am trying to find any of his current contact info. If you happen to know or find out, could you please email me at ctwahl@wisc.edu?
