Camping Trip / Spa Night!

In about a month, we are taking the whole New Day crew to Lochinvar National Park on an overnight camping trip. This will be a test run to prepare for our 3 night camping trip in Lusaka in December! Blu & Caedmon & Cason decided they needed to go to Lochinvar first to scope it out. After getting a little lost and the road being really bad, it took them almost 6 hours to get there! Of course, that included several stops along the way. They made it back home in 2 1/2 hours. Meanwhile Cambree and I went to Choma for our weekly shopping trip, ate supper on the trampoline (doesn't that sound fun?!), had facials, pedicures, iced cappuccinos (I drank Cambree's, which was my evil plan all along ;), watched Strawberry Shortcake, colored pictures, slept late, played games, went swimming, etc. (I love being a girl) :) The boys enjoyed their trip, although they chose a spot right by the big lake and the hippos kept them up all night! (Did I mention I love being a girl??) They got to see the hot springs this morning and even found the skeleton head of some huge animal. Caedmon pulled one of the teeth and put it under his pillow. :) Stay tuned for more pics when the whole New Day crew (yes, girls are going too...) takes this trip in November! Ready to go in the big bus!

Blu took the boys by the hut we built in Chitongo! He got to show Caedmon where he lived for the first 3 months of his life! Sweet memories! :)
