Southeast Asia: Day 2

Day 2 (Sunday) was a busy day with a lot of activities!  Here's a look at all we did!

I have been shocked to see Cambree willing to try ANYTHING and everything!  Here she is about to eat a fish ball!

So. Much. Walking.

Morning coffee and quiet times!

Lunch - the pastor ordered a TON of different food for us!

Sunset at the Waterfront!

Blu snapped this pic of Cam & Lydia sharing with a new friend

So pretty at the Waterfront!

This was us in a long outside line for this local restaurant the pastor took us to.  I was just a TAD bit overwhelmed!

Sunset hugs!

Lunch with the pastor!

So brave!

Beef soup of some kind!

The Waterfront is pretty neat - the boats are lined up and all the fish are brought in fresh!

We had supper at the Waterfront with the lady Cam & Lydia had met earlier that day!  She agreed to break fast with us, so she came and picked us up and drove us to the Waterfront.  (Yes, some random lady they JUST met came and picked us all up to take us to eat at the Waterfront!)  Since it's Ramadan, everyone carries around their food starting around 5pm to get ready to eat when the sun goes down, and then they find a place to watch the sunset!

LOTS of fresh fish!

She's pretty handy with the chopsticks!

Bananagrams break!

Wait until you hear how many uber rides I have been in....

Right on the beach, but also surrounded by mountains!  This place reminds me a lot of Costa Rica!

Sunday morning service - this is where the girls worship every Sunday!

The menu - we typically just point at pictures!

Pastor Kenneth, his wife Salome, and one of his 4 children, Kate

Such a sweet family!

Blu & Kenneth got along very well!

Did I mention we've walked a lot?

This is the name of the local lunch spot we went to!

Exploring the Waterfront!

We even got a rainbow!

I ordered some kind of shrimp!

Cam ordered chicken fried rice. Again!

There was a street band and the girls started dancing!

The drunk men ALWAYS find Blu!

The cute kids ALWAYS find Cambree!
