It's that time again! I read 38 books this past year, and only a few can make my Best of the Best list! Here's my top pick for 2025:
If you are not caught up on the Hunger Games series, you need to be! Sunrise on the Reaping tells the story of Haymitch, and I believe her books just keep getting better!
An honorable mention award definitely has to go to this one:
A historical novel set in 16th century France - this was such a unique story for me!

This was a new author for me, and I've read several of hers now. Incredible book!
And finally:
This is the kind of book that stays with you. A modern day Shawshank Redemption-style book - it was an amazing read! (Warning: super heavy book!)
