Bangs House = DONE!

So the story of the Bangs house is this.  It was Summer 2019.  The unit sets business had slowed way down, not much was going on, and we found ourselves with a lot of time on our hands.  Blu had been wanting to get into house building for awhile (he built a TON of houses in Zambia, helped Paw build my parents' house, and was ready to set out (mostly) on his own!  His brother, Cloud, owns some land in Bangs that he'd been wanting to put houses on for a few years, so Blu offered to build a house on this land for Cloud to then sell/rent.  One month after breaking ground, the unit set business got slammed with a record breaking Fall semester of orders (thank you, San Antonio ISD!) Blu took the job as the youth/music pastor at Rocky Creek Baptist Church.  And suddenly, we had too much on our plate!  So it was slower than we thought it would be, but 15 months later...we finally finished the house!  Here are the final pics of the inside!

I took this pic from the loft - Blu looked like a tiny person mopping!

Last mop and refishing of the floors before we left!

We have our rock guy finishing up the pillars on the front and the back and the underside on the sides of the house.  Unfortunately, due to code, we have to put a railing around the porch, which is a bummer because it's so pretty without it!  But hopefully in a couple of weeks that'll be done!

Blu driving off DONE.  He worked SO hard and I am so so proud of him!
