Lusaka Trip!

We spent most of this past week in Lusaka! The night before we left, we had a "Girls' Steel Magnolia's Night" to say goodbye to Nurse Mandy! She is back in the USA after serving an almost one year term with us as our nurse. We will miss her!

Lusaka was....chaotic and stressful. But I'm only going to post the fun stuff here so that one day I will look back on this trip and say, "Yeah, that was a great trip! Look at all the fun we had!" ;)

We also met up with our friends the Smiths for the Penguins of Madagascar and dinner!

We also took the kids to a huge sports complex to go swimming - it was fun!

It got cold when the clouds rolled in!

This is the new soccer stadium and where the President of Zambia's funeral was recently held.

Ok, maybe I'll post one pic of the stress.. ;) Thankfully, it was a somewhat quick fix and we finally made it back to New Day!
